After creating: Firebase Console → Authentication → Add User → copy their UID → paste as adminUid in their Firestore document.

Adding Sports
- Go to Sports tab
- Select a sport from the dropdown — grouped by Fall / Winter / Spring
- Click any sport in the list to open its editor
- Add players, coaches, games, and standings
- Hit Save All — the program updates live instantly
Onboarding a New School
- Firebase Console → Authentication → Add User (their email + password)
- Copy their UID from the Users list
- Go to Schools tab → Create New School
- In Firestore → schools → their doc → add field
adminUid= their UID - Their program URL is:
